Atom 123

This game is simple, fast-paced, and fun.

Purpose:
Counting quickly, getting into groups quickly, getting-to-know you.

Directions:

1. Have everyone standing randomly around the room to start and tell them that the commands are simple.  Then tell them the following directions.

2. You will call “Atom” and then a number such as “One,” “Two,” “Three,” or “Seven.”

3. When you call out a number, then they are to group together with that many people; no more, no less.

4. Anyone that is in a group with more, must get rid of someone to stay in.

5. Anyone with a group that doesn’t have enough is eliminated.

6. When there are only two players left, you have the winners.

Note: The number size you can use is only limited by the size of your group, but we recommend rarely calling out numbers larger than 10 to 12, unless your group is enormous.  Also, for enormous groups, the elimination process can be sped up by telling the eliminated players to step back in and if anyone groups with them then it eliminates those others as well.
